1. Service provider and scope

Jakab Gergő (the service provider; operating as a private individual until the sole-trader registration is completed), Hungary, info@daqisanalytics.com. Tax number, registration number and postal address will be added before paid sales begin.

By creating an account or purchasing a membership, the user accepts the version of these terms shown at that time. The service is intended only for persons aged 18 or over who may lawfully use it in their country.

2. What DAQIS provides

DAQIS is a data-driven sports analytics, educational and membership platform. Membership may include analytical content, statistics, dashboards, educational material and access to plan-specific private Telegram communities.

DAQIS is not a bookmaker, gambling operator, intermediary or payment agent for wagers. No bet can be placed on the website. DAQIS does not encourage anyone to gamble. The customer pays for time-limited membership and access to the selected service package—not for an individual prediction, tip, winning outcome or guaranteed profit.

• Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
• The user makes every betting and financial decision independently and at their own risk.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Registration data must be accurate and the account must not be shared. The user is responsible for protecting login credentials and for activity carried out through the account.

Copying, reselling, publishing, scraping or redistributing members-only content, invite links or data is prohibited. DAQIS may suspend access where fraud, abuse, unlawful use or a material breach is reasonably suspected.

4. Membership, price and renewal

The selected plan, billing period, total price, applicable taxes and renewal frequency are displayed before payment. Unless clearly stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled.

Plan features and reasonable technical delivery methods may change, but paid access will not be materially reduced during an already paid period without a lawful remedy.

5. Payment, cancellation and consumer rights

Payments are processed by Stripe; DAQIS does not store full card data. Cancellation stops future renewals but normally leaves access available until the end of the paid billing period.

Mandatory consumer rights, including pre-contract information and any applicable withdrawal rights, remain unaffected. Before paid launch, the final withdrawal/refund workflow and the express request for immediate digital performance will be completed in line with applicable Hungarian and EU law.

6. Telegram access

Private Telegram access is an ancillary delivery channel tied to an active membership. Personal, expiring invite links may not be shared. When membership ends, the access bot may remove the user from the relevant private group. Telegram is an independent third-party service and its own terms also apply.

7. Availability and liability

DAQIS aims for reliable operation but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, external providers, market changes, internet failures or force majeure may cause disruption.

Nothing on DAQIS is financial, investment, legal or gambling advice. To the extent permitted by law, DAQIS is not liable for betting losses, decisions made from content, indirect damage or failures outside its reasonable control. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.

8. Responsible use

Only stake money you can afford to lose. If gambling causes financial or personal harm, stop and seek help from an appropriate local support organisation. DAQIS may restrict access where underage or harmful use is reasonably suspected.

9. Intellectual property

The website, brand, models, tables, texts, visuals and members-only materials are protected. Membership grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right of use for the subscription period; ownership does not transfer.

10. Complaints, changes and governing law

Questions and complaints may be sent to info@daqisanalytics.com. DAQIS will answer within a reasonable time and will publish the legally required complaint-handling and dispute-resolution details before paid sales begin.

Hungarian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available in their country of residence. Material changes will be announced in advance where required; the accepted version and time are recorded.
