Privacy Notice

1. Controller

Jakab Gergő (the service provider; operating as a private individual until the sole-trader registration is completed), Hungary, info@daqisanalytics.com. Tax number, registration number and postal address will be added before paid sales begin.

Data protection requests may be sent to info@daqisanalytics.com.

2. Data, purpose and legal basis

We process account and contact data, profile language, legal acceptance records, membership and billing references, Telegram identifiers, support messages, waitlist choices, security logs and limited technical/analytics data.

• Account, membership, payment and access administration: performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract.
• Invoices, accounting and legal records: compliance with legal obligations.
• Security, fraud prevention, service reliability and aggregated analytics: legitimate interests, balanced against user rights.
• Newsletters and optional marketing: consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

3. Recipients and processors

Data may be processed only as necessary by Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Stripe (payments and billing), Telegram (community access), Namecheap Private Email/SMTP (email), and professional advisers or authorities where legally required. Full card data is handled by Stripe, not DAQIS.

4. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful GDPR safeguard. Provider documentation contains current hosting and transfer details.

5. Retention

Account and membership data are kept while the account is active and afterwards only for limitation, accounting or legal periods. Legal acceptance and transaction records are retained as evidence. Support and security logs are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Marketing data are kept until withdrawal or justified expiry.

6. Cookies and analytics

Strictly necessary storage supports login, language and security. Optional analytics is used according to the consent settings and applicable law. Browser or cookie settings may limit non-essential measurement.

7. Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us first at info@daqisanalytics.com. You may also complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or your local supervisory authority.

8. Security, automated decisions and minors

We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted server credentials and operational logging. No solely automated decision produces legal or similarly significant effects. DAQIS is for adults only and does not knowingly collect children's data.

9. Changes

Material changes will be communicated where required. The current version is always available on this page; the version acknowledged at registration is recorded.
